Paolo Barbone has been in the investment business since 2013. Paolo joined Chi-Cap in 2020 after holding research and analytical roles with The TCW Group and Franklin Templeton Investments.
Malinda Distefano has been in the investment business since 2001. Malinda co-founded Chi-Cap in 2018 after holding administrative roles with William Blair, Citigroup, and American Express. Malinda is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Rick Fradin has been in the investment business since 1994. Rick joined Chi-Cap in 2020 after co-founding Rail-Splitter Capital Management. Rick has appeared in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, among other publications.
Scott Frazin has been in the investment business since 2011. Scott joined Chicago Capital in 2025 after spending 14 years in portfolio management roles with Gofen Glossberg and Corient.
Peter Goldman has been in the investment business since 1984. Peter joined Chi-Cap in 2024, after holding senior roles at Westwood Management. Peter has been featured by Bloomberg, CNBC, New York Times, and other publications.
Jake Hamlin has been in the investment business since 2009. Jake joined Chi-Cap in 2021 after holding financial advisory roles with Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and The Private Bank. Jake is President of the Leadership Council of the Western Golf Association Evans Scholars Foundation.
Mike Kimbarovsky has been in the investment business since 1996. Mike joined Chi-Cap in 2023 after holding a senior management role and co-heading the Chicago office of JAG Capital Management.
Jessica Kribs has been in the investment business since 2000. Jessica joined Chi-Cap in 2019 after holding operational and administrative roles with William Blair, Allstate Investments, and ABN AMRO.
Tiffany Liddell has been in the investment business since 2011. Tiffany joined Chi-Cap in 2025 after holding operational and client service roles with Northern Trust and Millennium Trust.
Dave Mabie has been in the investment business since 1991. Dave co-founded Chi-Cap in 2018 after holding portfolio management and research roles with William Blair and Stein Roe. Dave has appeared in Barron's, Forbes, and other publications.
Eric Maddix has been in the investment business since 1987. Eric co-founded Chi-Cap in 2018 after holding portfolio management and research roles with William Blair and Stein Roe. Eric has been featured by the Wall Street Journal.
Ed Malysiak has been in the investment business since 1987. Ed joined Chi-Cap in 2024 after holding portfolio management roles with William Blair, where he was a Partner. Ed has appeared in Forbes magazine, and is involved with a number of non-profit organizations.
Whitney Nessner has been in the investment business since 2006. Whitney co-founded Chi-Cap in 2018 after holding administrative roles with William Blair.
Luis Pereda has been in the investment business since 2017. Luis joined Chi-Cap in 2024 after holding portfolio management and investment advisory roles with Corient (formerly Gofen Glossberg).
Alex Rosales has been in the investment business since 2005. Alex joined Chi-Cap in 2025 after holding operational and client service roles with Northern Trust
Stacey Sargent has been in the investment business since 1995. Stacey co-founded Chi-Cap in 2018 after holding management and administrative roles with William Blair, Olde, and Howe Barnes.
JoAnn Seagren has been in the investment business since 2000. JoAnn joined Chi-Cap in 2023 after holding a senior management role and co-heading the Chicago office of JAG Capital Management.
Vicki Gertken Tunstall has been in the investment business since 1991. Vicki joined Chi-Cap in 2022 after holding operational and administrative roles most notably with William Blair, ABN AMRO, PPM America, and Stein Roe.
Victoria Vasquez has been in the investment business since 2015. Victoria joined Chi-Cap in 2023 after holding operational and client service positions with Northern Trust.

Rocky Barber is Senior Vice President of RNC Genter Capital Management. Before RNC Genter, Rocky held senior leadership roles at William Blair, where was a member of the Executive Management Committee.
Bill Driscoll is Managing Director of Lincoln Park Partners, LLP and President of Clearwater Management Company. Bill is a Marine Corp veteran.
David Weyerhaeuser is co-founder of TLF Partners, LLC. David spent more than thirty years in senior leadership roles in the forest products industry. David is a board member of RD Merrill.
