JIM MABIE HONORED BY CHICAGO HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Chicago Capital is pleased to announce that Jim Mabie was honored at the Chicago History Museum’s 26th annual Making History Awards.

Jim and Kay Mabie were awarded the Theodore Thomas Making History Award for Distinction in Performing Arts. Jim & Kay have been active participants in many of Chicago’s important organizations including the Music Institute, Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera, Unban Gateways, Goodman Theater, and Chicago High School for the Arts (ChiArts), where Jim and Kay were Founding Board Members.

“Our lives have been enriched by the arts”, commented Jim. “Kay and I are honored to receive this award. May we all continue with lives that are enhanced by the arts.”
